Some patients may require additional medical support at home following breast surgery. Before discharge, our social service professionals will meet with you to arrange any aftercare services recommended by your physician.
We also have a certified Home Health Care Agency, offering a team of nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides who work together as a team to ensure optimal recovery once you are home.
